Alright guys, it's that time of year again! Time for our biggest race of the year, and probably one of the funner races at that.

Rose Cup weekend takes place from June 17th-19th at PIR. Unlike most races, this weekend we will be pitting in the South paddock, the pits located on the outside of the track, not the inside.

Also, we're the Festival Trophy Race (last I heard from Bruce) and it looks as if we will have a 45 minute race! As usual for the Festival Trophy race, Top-3 get to stand on a podium with a mic in their face, and spray champagne (unless your Thomas, Robert, Me, Dani, Kailia, etc, then you might get a MIP).

We're in the process of putting together a "fan page" on facebook to help promote our event. On this page, i'd love it if the drivers could e-mail me the following:

-Name
-Car Year
-Sponsors
-Short Racing Bio (Years Racing, etc)

Also e-mail me a picture of the car. While i'd like it to be a picture of the car on track, if you don't have one, that's fine too. To those who wish to keep their name off of Facebook, that's totally fine, nobody's name will be mentioned unless they contact me.

Oh, Yeah, Almost Forgot....There's going to be a special "Rose Cup Contegency" for all Spec Miata drivers for the weekend. And no, you don't have to win to take home a nice prize. Bruce and I were talking about possibly making those who finish "in the money" exempt from door prizes like gift certificates, etc. This is not for certian, so dont take my word for it here.

If anyone has any products they'd love to give away, anything from Brake fluid, Gas cards, to brake pads, please contact Bruce or I.

Also, I am hoping to put together a small 4x6 card to be passed out to fans and spectators telling them a little about our class. If anyone has pictures from years past (would love a shot of everyone coming down the straight at a start) i'd really appreciate it. Sooner I get the pictures, the sooner I can throw this together.

That's an epic weekend for racing - our Spec Miata Challenge weekend at Laguna Seca, Rose Cup and June Sprints all at the same time. Any way to clone ourselves and run all 3?

Perhaps you just need the helicopter warmed up at the track and the jet warmed up at the airport.
