Site Performance Tweaks

Satisfied everything is pretty much trouble free I went ahead and cranked up the perfomance knob to 'leven. PHP is running as an Apache2 Handler (DSO) and e-Accelerator is now caching the php scripts in RAM. Also made some pretty big MySQL query cache and key buffer adjustments. mod_deflate is handling all the compression and set some expire headers for the images and static content.

Pagespeed (Firebug Addon) went from a 79 to an 85 which is pretty significant. That should last us well past the SM crush and beyond. Still have a lot of ram sitting around waiting for me to use so now all we do is wait for some statistics and average loads to point the way.
