Part VI:Assembly
This process was a cake walk compared to paint. I had the transmission and engine pre-assembled and I had detailed directions that i made when i disassembled everything so putting things together wasn't bad. I had to cut the blower motor, make seat mounts, find custom mounting points for the gauges, figure out how to custom mount the center net, mount belts, etc. I had done most of this before so nothing really bothered me. I wish i had taken a more detailed account of this process and I will on the next one. This car was just too rushed during assembly but that doesn't mean i cut corners. I spent about 12hr / day at the garage for a little over two weeks putting the car back together and i passed tech without one problem!!!
I luckily had a friend who was very bored and helped with wet sanding / buffing the car while i worked on other things
