DONE!

My Spec Miata is finished and ready to head back to my home town in NJ and get some vinyl! I had a friend of our race team print out the graphics from some designs we sent him by e-mail. They only cost about 60.00 for the whole set! They were pretty easy to put on with the application kit that was sent with the graphics.














And after all this, i blew up my motor in the first race... . It ended my season because I had spent all of my reserve funds building the new car. This winter I'll be rebuilding the motor again as well as figuring out what i did wrong the first time so stay posted for another blog on that!



*Some things to note:

- My seat is too high and i feel really cramped inside so i need to cut off the factory mounts and bolt it to the floor.
- I didn't use high temp wheel paint on the wheels and now they are glazed over from the heat so i will have to re-paint them.
- I'm too fat and don't fit in the seat particularly well, so i'll need to re-adjust my love handles.
- The center net blocks me being able to reach the fire system pull and cutoff switch on the passenger side of the main hoop, so i need to find a way to work this problem out.
- I still don't have the madcat bumpstop kit so i'll need to pick that up this winter.
- My alignment was done by a shop that doesn't normally corner weight, and for some reason i feel it's not the way they said it was. I'll be finding some scales so i can do it myself following Jim Daniels' guide.
