Does anyone know if the driver of the #90 SM and the VW were Ok after the accident in the kink?
Actually it would be completly legal. I can wear my tires out on th track, on the street or on a shaver. All are legal.

Yep David we are all cheaters except you. You are 100% by the book legal. Not one thing on your car out I compliance. You could survive any weenie protest.Naw, no one in the Spec Miata world would do something illegal, ask em.
grooves=treads....and to take it a step further: contact patch=tread

Why is dyslexia a gift?
Dyslexic people are highly creative, intuitive, and excel at three-dimensional problem solving and hands-on learning. Our visual and holistic learning style means that we learn best through the creative process, with methods that focus on mastery of the meanings of words and symbols.
The true gift of dyslexia is the gift of mastery. When we use learning methods that fit our thinking style, we can excel in academics and read and write efficiently.

One could argue that the SM6 has no "treads" to be shaved, thus it isn't legal. Reference the whole "molded vs treaded" tire discussions etc. Of course if I wanted to shave my Hoosiers, I'd just reference their site where they list that they are "tread pattern 'E'".

Also don't the class rules take precedent over the general GCR rules? And the good ol standby, If it doesn't say it you can't do it.
