Welp, my first national championships is in the books. Got a little greedy and bet it all. Unfortunatly the bet didn't pan out. Ruined a potentially record setting lap (on pace for a 1:36.5) with an off in madness. Congrats to Emilio Cervantes of 949 racing on the win and new track record, Dan Walters and Chi Ho in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Great result this week at the National Auto Sport Association Championships, the #57 Autotechnik, MOMO Motorsport, Apex Alignment Spec Miata was fast all week. Times across the field were unbelievably tight and we didn't start as far up as we wanted but the car was hooked up from the green flag and I was able to cut through the field cleanly. By the time the yellows came out, the tires were gone and we didn't have enough for Yannis who ran a great race. Everyone was all clear after 4 hours...
