One of the best TV shows over the past five years just ended last night with the series finale of "Friday Night Lights". Young couples should watch this to see how marriages should work. A great series with compelling story lines and compelling characters. Deb and I will miss it.....

Drum roll please.........our new grandchild due in early December will be a........BOY!!! A little fishing buddy for Skiz and his Papa....how exciting!

Just registered for the 8 hour Enduro at Portland in October. As long as the car is still in one piece, Team Carpe Diem and DB Motorsports will run the event. 3 driver lineup - maybe 4.....Dave are you in? Calling Robert Linse! Details to follow.

Tomorrow is our 35th wedding anniversary. We took our trip several weeks ago, but it is still nice to commemorate the day. Seems like yesterday I married a 24 year California surfer girl with long blond hair and a stunning smile. Deb still looks terrific and here's hoping our kids do something really special for us when we hit 50!!

Jim and Mike were really great helping me when I lived in Memphis.
And if you or your buddy are interested in a good deal I also have a 1.6 car that I could sell ya, it has all the best stuff but I can't make weight so I built a 94. I won the Mid-AM with the car a few years ago its relaible and fast.

The best is Mike Hoover - he's awsome, builds or modifies parts for Drago to use and sell. He builds the best trans and diffs around, He has a race shop in Bartlett and can help you build the stuff you need or help you find the right guys to help. And his prices are reasonable... You have two really good surces for building a Spec Miata in the Memphis. The Administrator of the site Jim Drago - He took over the site from - Jim Daniels he also lives in Memphis but does little work - unless you pay him well... Jim Drago has a shop downtown - East Street auto - it's a junk yard, Jim buys every Miata he can find at auctions and builds the best SM's around 901-647-170...
