Well as of yesterday, my son Brian officially became a home owner. He closed escrow on a house he had been renting for the past year. 4 bedroom on .5 acres with a HUGE detached garage. Very proud of him and while he will be heading to SF in August and renting the home out, it is our hope he and his beautiful Tida, will be back next year......
