got a replacement phone. I've lost all my backups thanks to the store telling me to do a hard reset. I've got everything backed up on the computer with the HTC Sync program, right? Uh, right....no way to restore a phone...HELP! Anyone know how to restore an HTC EVO Shift 4G? Please send me your contact info!!!!
