Community Status Updates

Why does Comcast make it so difficult? If you're going to give me a discount on my bill every time I call and complain the price has gone up, just leave me at the original price! I wish there were competition out there for internet and someone comes up with a simple pricing plan with no "intro prices". You pay $X and continue paying $X unless service changes for some reason. No 6 month at $X, then 6 months at $Y then regular prices. I bet they'd get a ton of business if they did straight...
