Community Status Updates

Stupid Commiecast monopoly. Called to lower my rate last month, they gave me a small discount and said I could get a different promotion this month. Called back and was told otherwise. Shame on me for believing them. Unfortunately, no other internet options where I am. I asked if I could cancel and then get the new promotion and was told I could. I may have to do just that. Waste of time on both ends. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Just give me the new promotional rate and save us all time...
