Community Status Updates

I hate it when what should be an easy job turns into something next to impossible without factory tools. Attempted to get the heater core changed in my VW tonight. It is very easy to access and should come right out. But I can't get the pipes that come through the firewall separated from the core. They are o-ringed. There is no room to wiggle them out and any attempt to pry them apart will bend the flanges. I had to reassemble without getting anything done. &#(#(*$(*#$)(*&@Q#!!!
