Jim Daniels - FIG

I just got off the phone with a student who raced the 13hr. Talking to him and remembered the F1 race today reminded me of a very important and rather old tip. You have got to learn how to blister a lap when called on. Second lap of a qualifier, start of race lap, restarting laps, pit in and pit out laps, closing lap in a tight battle with your FLR. Once at a top level, it separates the best finishers from the middle packers. The question is, how to improve in those scenarios??
