That will not fit the 1999. the nose of teh 2001-2005 is shaped differently It does not look like they make one that is specific for the 1999.

I just browse craigslist and ebay for 99's that are being parted out. sometimes one will be wrecked but the spoiler is still in ok shape. hard to find though. I think i spent all winter looking for one

somebody has to take up the task of fabricating one, it would not be that difficult if you were motivated. I sent an email to Go-Miata suggesting the get a oem aftermarket knock off.

A couple people looked into this about 6 months ago. Cost was extremely high due to low volume. $350 each as I recall
Part would need to EXACTLY the same as the original piece to be legal. I am sure the rules makers would prefer if it was sold through Mazdaspeed. Which adds anothr wrinkle and probably expense.

Wouldn't it make more sense to just ban the spoilers to even the playing field between the 99's since they're no longer available? I have no dog in this fight--I'm a 1.6 driver.
