Is anyone working on a after market replacement, or know where I can buy a used one in good shape?

That will not fit the 1999. the nose of teh 2001-2005 is shaped differently It does not look like they make one that is specific for the 1999.

Part would need to EXACTLY the same as the original piece to be legal. I am sure the rules makers would prefer if it was sold through Mazdaspeed. Which adds anothr wrinkle and probably expense.
