I have run two test days on Toyo/Hoosiers. One at Road Atlanta (in a borrowed car) and another at one of our division tracks, TWS.

What you'll find is that overall times will vary with the Hoosiers based on how many and how long the straights are. Toyos are clearly faster in a straight line, irregardless of how much more exit speed you carry if the straight is long enough.

Enough turns, the Hoosiers will come out on top. Long straights, Toyos have more legs.

Barring any additional HP development by the Runoffs, I can't imagine last years times being bested there with Hoosiers.

Just my 2 cents.

I used Hankook 71's for the PTE class at the NASA nationals at Miller last year in the 1.6 SM. I was disappointed to not go any faster than I did on the RA1's.
