diff power to left axle cuts out on dynopak

We have a 4.3 torsen LSD 99 diff. We recently refreshed our engine and went to break it in on a dyno pack machine. At about 3k rpm the power to the left rear would cut out and all the power would go to the right wheel. Is this a diff problem or a dynopack problem. Need new diff or repair?
