Hi guys,

New here. I have two Miata's, one 1.6 SM and another street legal 1.8. I am planning to replace the suspension in the 1.6 SM with a brand new set, and transfer the current set up in 1.6 into 1.8. Would this work? What are the differences between the two?

TIA!

Yes. The front bar for the 1.8(94-97)used to be the 27mm...but the 24mm(1.6) is legal now also...you can run either. This was the only difference...rest is the same.

Thanks! Just curious, why different part numbers? K-SPEC-M5-SUSP for 1.6 and K-SPEC-M5-SUS8 for 1.8?
