Symptoms - While the car is in any gear at lower rpm's with a load on it, it hesitates BAD to the point where riding a bike is faster. But in the upper rpm's it seems to clear up but still a bit under powered.
Mechanical timing is correct according to the book. And with a timing light gnd/ten jumped I'm @ 10* it hesitates when there is any load put on it. It will free rev in neutral OK with a very slight hesitation. If i advance the timing to a ridiculous amount the car will run ok but still under powered.
Also my tach doesn't work well in the lower rpms it will catch up when it gets to 4500 or so. I read that that could related to the coils??

Thanks in advance
