You cant see crap from your chin. Just looks like you spent the whole session driving through the grass?

The ban on helmet cams would be a good rule to revisit. It made sense when the lightest cams were bulky and weighed several pounds. With lipstick cams and such being common, I don't see a reason to ban them, at least in such a blanket fashion. Maybe a weight limit would make sense?
That said, I didn't see the posted video as an improvement at all -- the movement was distracting, without adding anything. I always wanted to try a helmet cam, but not anymore.

That rule was re-written a short time ago. No limit, but an obviously unsafe set up would not be allowed by Tech. One thing to consider when mounting a helmet-cam is that, even though the cameras are very small and light, the camera structure itself might be driven through the helmet shell. Use your head. I crack myself up.

9.3.12. CAMERA MOUNTS
The mounts for video / photographic cameras shall be of a safe and secure design. The body of the camera or recording unit that weighs more than 8 oz shall be secured at a minimum of 2 points on different sides of the camera body, neither of the attachments may be elastic or plastic. If a tether is used to restrain the camera, the tether length shall be limited so that the camera can not contact the driver.
We took out any reference to helmets. If you can fly off a cliff with one and do a triple lindy off the high board, rock on.

I definitely can't, but now I can at least drive a car with one.
