Talked to MazdaMotorSports and the 1.6 comp diff is no longer available.

does anyone have one they want to unload?

Is there a specific reason that they stopped producing it?

From what I understand the vendor that made them has stopped. MMS had a supply that lasted until about a month ago. MMS says that they have new vendor for a new one (I do not know type, weight or any details). And MMS will be contacting the rule makers to see if this will be approved. MMS will not stock or sell it until it is approved.

I actually have a brand new Mazda comp diff in the shop, never put it in the car (for no reason other than I'm lazy...). If I've done something bad to my engine (see my earlier post!), I may need the funds to help buy a new motor...

Mike I think you are looking at the old part number. Put it in your cart and do a "check availability" and that should tell you that it is no longer available. They probably don't have the new part number in the system.
