Satire is primarily a literary genre or form, although in practice it can also be found in the graphic and performing arts. In satire, vices, follies, abuses, and shortcomings are held up to ridicule, ideally with the intent of shaming individuals, and society itself, into improvement.[1] Although satire is usually meant to be funny, its greater purpose is often constructive social criticism, using wit as a weapon.

well said mr webb aslo dont think the kid cheated thats why im asking papa smuf to say im sorry

Alex brings up some very good points on this issue... Nobody can say for sure one way or the other but the driver himself.

With the attitude of the Father, that this dont matter, its just a stepping stone, its pretty clear to me that it will continue no matter what.

I was there in the tech area, although because I suck my car wasn't tech worthy.

The ridges had been ported out of the stock header, I believe that is the bottom side. The top side had been left alone. One other car in impound had both sides ported, that was the Derek Royal #251, which he bought from someone else. I do agree there is a difference between a guy that buys a car that isn't legal, and a guy that puts together a car that isn't legal, and I also agree that both should be disqualified, which they were. I don't remember Ernie Sr. putting up much of a debate regarding the subject, and all in all, the tech and dq was handled professionally. I'm going to say this, without naming any names: Quite a few cars had the headers pulled off. I looked inside the exhaust port of one car in particular (it was not Ernie Jr.), and the exhaust port was super smooth. Maybe some of the later cars had better castings, but this one looked super nice. Anyhow, it was a fun weekend, I was sad that my car and I were sufficiently bad that nobody wanted to tech the car, but then again, that left more time for beer drinking.
