I know a group of Cal Clubbers are already planning to come give us a run for our money so I wanted to extend the invitation to the rest of ya'll.

As I write this, it's 83 degrees and sunny with a light breeze here just north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Infineon Raceway AKA Sears Point AKA Race Sonoma is a short 15-minute drive away where in 4 weeks time we're going to be holding the first inaugural Sonoma Sprints (Double Rational) at one of America's greatest race tracks.

99s, 1.6s and 1.8s all regularly win here based upon who is the best driver. Sonoma is definitely a driver's track with almost zero time pointed straight running up the hill under the bridge, down through the carousel or whipping through the esses. We would love to have you brave I-5 and represent SoPac with us July 6-8. There is a track test day on Thursday the 5th with lots of seat time for SMs.

Not only is this a double Rational but it's also our famed Spec Miata Festival. We have a free paddock BBQ and raffle on Friday night, an on-track photo with all of the cars and a bonus Festival race on Sunday. I'm pretty sure we'll all be tired of driving by then but if you're not, you can double or even triple enter in other classes at a discounted rate.

Here's some more details: http://mazdaracers.c...waysears-point/

This will be the most competitive SM field west of the June Sprints or Run Offs and we'll feed you and give you prizes. Can't top that - hope to see you there! :)
Survive the 25, NASA Thunderhill - Survive the 25, NASA Thunderhill Series Champ - Won a points based series in a Spec Miata We have a Winnah! - Won their 1st race... Congratulations! Bona fide - A bonafide Spec Miata driver
