The service manual give a minimum/maxium measurement. Should that number change with the addition of the SM suspension package or do you still recommend the same measurement?

Suspension shouldn't change the number. The motor and diff are in the same locations regardless of the springs and shocks. The PPF height adjustment is just to ensure the driveshaft u-joints are at the proper angle.
