Dumb Exhaust/Tune Question

I have a 92 that was dyno tuned and the AFM was adjusted. Would it be safe to change the exhaust on the car?

The car has a straight pipe all the way back, then points to the ground.

I want to make sure the car passes Roebling Roads sound limits.
