My build is almost complete (as in all I need is to get a logbook and my comp license) but I have been driving as an instructor in HPDE and TT. My goal is to win every TT event I do next season so I can earn free tires and brake pads for Endurance Racing (Evil Grin).
My past track toys:
05 MX5 Grand Touring (My current daily driver)
97 daily driven Miata built to ITA prep
95 daily driven Miata with the full Flyin Miata catalogue
91 Spec Miata (SSM)

I know most of us are SM or SSM or maybe MX-5 racers, but some of us have raced more unusual Mazda's..... What MAZDA have you raced, (MAZDA's only please)
1991 SM (my first), a 1990 SM (my present SM) and a 1993 MX5 Autocross car. Those were preceeded by Motocross bikes and waaaay before that insanity (as in McCullough chain saw motors),carts.

LS1 powered '92 Miata with aero. Currently in SU only because I haven't gotten the dyno certification yet to prove my p/w ratio. Will run in ST2 this coming season. Also can run in regional ITE class for SCCA.
Cheers,
Dean
We have a couple of people running those in SM without any dyno sheets either!!
