Just as the title asks. I am not able to start a new topic on the Announcement and Pit Board rooms, it says: "you cannot start a new topic" on the top right, it's grayed out too. Not a big deal, thought it might be a bug or something. Or, are certain members blocked from these boards?
Why can't I start a new topic in the Announcements and Pit Board sections?
