I can say that I held the short course (pro course) record for 12 hrs.

Congrats to my good friend Brian Murdick who has been racing SM longer than anyone i know, for some good clean racing, now record holder. Also congrats to John Guthrie who battled back from an ill handling car Friday and Saturday to podium on Sunday.

I want to also thank the Cinci region SCCA for putting on a very cool event and all the wonderful volunteers who gave up there weekend to make our little hobby possible.

I have no dog in this fight but I'll put my money on Bertok just to mess with you guys.

I'm just honored to have made the odds sheet, having a backer is even bigger Sorry to let you down Tom, these guys are tough (and wide) in the 1.6 cars, and local track knowledge is clearly king. That said, I was driving my tail off in the 3-7th pack. A couple of moves I could have done without, but only 1 scuff on the rear bumper, so nothing to complain about. Anybody who missed this event is missing a REALLY big time. Hard racing, hard partying, big times on and off track. Great bunch of folks that welcome "outsiders" with a handshake and a jello shot. I only get to run a few events this year, but this one was the first written down, thrid year in a row. See you guys in 2014!
