And a rain track just like a dirt track brings new competition to the front, other than Danny.
Spoken like a true Bench Racer So I guess there are guys who can not drive in the dry but can win in the rain? Or are you just saying it will shuffle the top 15 guys in a different order...not somebody who will normally finish 35th

They don't call rain the great equalizer for nothing. Those who excel in the rain tend to be great drivers, but not have the equipment under them in the dry (for whatever reason). Look at the back markers in F1 who have great (developing/young) drivers who tend to do much better in a rain race.So I guess there are guys who can not drive in the dry but can win in the rain?

Raced all my teen years in the dirt.....racing is racing, but I think searching for grip and good throttle control are things you develop. I dont mind racing in the rain at all.Craig, are you truly saying dirt racing (like the folks that say asphalt is for getting there and dirt is for racing on) or are you saying agriculture experimentation type racing???
Generally dirt racers adapt to asphalt very well.
Have a great week.
