With or without a gun its been happemeing from the becoming of time. Even the state of Ohio kills people. The terists killed a lot of people on 911 another good reason to Carry a damn gun with cliffs ammo. Never know when one of those teristos will show up at you walmart you and squirl ar e shopping at and start shoot in. You will wish you had some of cliffs goods if god forbid that ever happens.

School shootings have nothing to do with cliff or his ammo it has everything to do with the unraveling of our society. And sorry to even have to come to the conclusion but that's just the way it be.

RG...how bout I just give you the address of the cemetery where my god sister and her best friend who were murdered at the age of 16 are buried?  You could stop by their grave sites and let them know how an "efficient" way to potentially prevent their deaths is sickening to you.  If a one way conversation doesn't work, you can always swing by their parents house to object.  After that, you can come sit in the GriefShare ministry I've led twice a year for the past 5 years and let the ones in there who have lost loved ones to violence know how you object as well.

 

I didn't post to start a gun/anti-gun debate and I surely wasn't trying to make it personal.  However, I have no guilt in protecting and defending myself and the ones I love if I had to....which the last time I checked, is still a constitutional right I have as a US citizen.  I just lost 2 close friends and teammates to a tragic car accident this past Friday....I guess based on your logic, we should ban the Z06 Corvette as well?  Dealing with 2 funerals in 1 week is bad enough...I really don't have the patience to deal with this.  Geez.

I try to stay away from the gun debate (as well as abortion, politics and  religion and all the other no right and wrong debates) as I am a hunter, gun owner from hand guns to muzzle loader, but i see good and bad on both sides. One of my biggest complaints about guns in America is not that people have guns, the guns never killed anyone but the dumb ass with the gun is the problem. Kind of like the retired cop that shot a dude in a movie theater for texting , now that is stupid.

 

My point is if we are going to give people guns we need to do more to give them some training and ethics, our troops are trained, cops are trained but we give Joe blow a gun and give them little training on using it. True Training on the use of a hand gun would not prevent the dude in the movie theater from shooting the texter, but hopefully they would respect the power that they have.

 

No easy answer to this if there is one. strong feelings on both sides.

Many of the unfortunate incidents, be it gun violence, car situations or what have you that happen close to us or at a distance are created from what is or isn't between the ears and or maybe what some people are tuned up on. It's not the gun, the bullets or the car.

 

Gun owner, one shot gun, three rifles, a twentytwo and an in your face Mr. President hand gun with two sixteen shot clips.
