The only cars I ever named were usually of a German brand - VW, Audi or BMW.  Bitch and POS were usually the names.  Sometimes they had a first name beginning with an F.

 

Never did get around to naming the RX7 or Miata.  Then again, they didn't break...

My GPS is Myrtle. She's always telling me what to do and according to her, is never wrong!

 

True story about my first FP MG Midget. We had taken Toni's Bugeye, Charley, to a NASCAR cage builder and he had updated the cage. The guy who did the cage was about 350 lbs and 6 foot 6. He had a refrigerator in the middle of his shop with a keg in it. But, his welding was tops. So, when I decided to build my car, I took the bare tub to him. When he walked out to see it on the trailer, the first words out of his mouth was--"Another shit box". From that day on until we lost touch with the car on its' 4th owner, it was called shit box. It finished 4th at its' first Runoffs with a rookie driver-me.
