Great thanks Richard.

On a side note, my car passed CA smog today! Automatically dismissed from any engine tech at the championships???  :hatchet:

Sure, If you keep the catalytic converter in place...  HAHAHA

Whats the latest info on gas? Do we bring our own or do we have to buy it at the track?

Track 91 only gentleman.  Sorry for the delay in announcing.

Lol I get this question a lot so don't worry about asking. Regionally, I have been given the go ahead because people understand that I don't have a tow vehicle or trailer.

As for this weekend, I am driving my car to the track (as a backup car) and need the hitch for my tire tail. If I end up needing to drive the car at this event, I will take it off.

I have been told it could be considered "lower center of gravity due to ballast placement". Personally I don't think this really makes sense because ballast is better off in the passenger floor anyways (inboard the wheelbase, same height from the ground), but I respect the rules and have no problem taking it off for this event. When I can afford a tow vehicle and trailer it will come off permanently. No need to hijack this thread though so send me a message if you want to talk more about it.

Thank you  Matt...  I love the fact that you drive your car to the track, it's so old-school it makes me smile.  However with you now kicking butt this is the best call and I appreciate you making arrangements.
