Got the miata out for its first shakedown/trackday. Seemed to run pretty good, still about 140 lbs overweight. We ran north course day one and full day two. Had a ngk wire pop off on the last session day one and the cas lead broke right after and advanced had me one on sunday. Had some takeoff hoosiers and also ran bridgestone re71r's. The hoosiers was only .20 seconds faster so im guessin they was heat cycled somewhat. One hoosier was flat spotted that i had so i borrowed a friends tire for day two. Very fun car and seems i need to pick up a couple mph in a few turns and do the 4.3 gear swap. All in all great weekend.
