I am signed up for T4 Sunday and splitting time tomorrow in both cars..
There a few others testing tomorrow as well but signing up as weather shows good.. Will be 5-6 sm tomorrow

That's not bad for Drago in his t4 car but pretty sure he will near to shave off another .5or so there. He was also fast in his sm early beating me by .1 in the first session then .4 in the second session....

After all the work Derrick my mechanic and I have put into the new silver bullet 99 rolled off the trailer fast but got slower rest of day as suspension settled and brake booster started failing. So in the trailer it goes and back home to get everything done right, so lucky to be close to home.

Hille was fast in the #40stl, busk was showing off his 007 package shooting out huge plumes of smoke out of the carousel and keyhole. Sterns blames the smoke for his two spins in t1, but it may have been that he was a little ambitious with the throttle application lol.

Rain tomorrow likely. Glad I did my time today!

A good question came up, maybe somebody can solve it.

 

On T&S you get your sector times S1, S2, S3 but there's no map showing where each sector is ??

Kyle is correct.. 41.1 was t4. In T4 we lost a water pipe off the back of our new engine and I spun in my own water.. The engine did not running without the water and we will be racing with our stock 29k engine in T4. It wasn't off as much as I expected 4-5 hp. I need to get the car handling more so than I need the 4-5 hp. A few T4 cars are or will be in the low to mid 40s.. We may be in a little trouble here...

My Sm was very good out of box.. Looks like rain tomorrow so we will be changing an MX5 engine

I'll try to live stream qualifying and the race .

I think SM pole as crazy as it sounds will start with 40.x not 41.x

Good luck to all the competitors racing at the 2016 Runoffs. I wish you all a clean fair hard-fought contest where the best driver prevails. 

 

Really wish I could be there to run with you all. Will be checking in periodically to check on the updates.

When Dean Busk saw the BSI trailer being set up next to the Mazda tent he was very concerned that their trailer possibly may not have been adequately purged of undocumented Zika carrying migrants.  He promptly took preventative action to "fog" the track to protect any pregnant competitors.  This service was provided free of charge and in fact Mr Busk was able to make the second session after performing said fumigation.

Not sure inT4.. In sm once sealed.. You either lose qualifying times or you have to tear down bad engine and prove it is compliant. I had to do that last year

Without reviewing all classes I'm sure Jim is correct. Change engines at will if not sealed. Been happening in Production classes forever.
