Just wondering how much adjustment is required? I've got the 41mm plate dialed in and the next race is with the 37mm plate. I'm using a FP and wideband A/F gauge for adjustments. I'm don't think I can make it to the dyno prior to this event. Thank you for the help.

None. I run 52psi fuel pressure and switch back and forth between the 37mm and 41mm with no issues. I did initial tuning on the dyno with both plates and other than a drop in hp/tq everything else was pretty much the same.

As Brian said. The 99's Mass Air Flow is good enough to allow swap without tuning each time.

This is my experience too. 52 psi and the bigger the plate the better the numbers but you do not need to make any changes in the psi between the 37, 41 or no plate at all. Glad for that.
