Kyle,
Awesome vid. Lots of good racing and very clean passes and great car control when the car got loose. Looked like the tires were slippery all race.
Gotta get those belts tight though.
Alberto
Thanks. Unfortunately, as for the belts, I had the opposite problem. I had to keep adjusting my sub belts because--well, let's just say--I didn't properly check the positioning before the race. I had a painful, unwelcome surprise under braking at the start (and most of the race).

This was my first race event after completing drivers school in March. Over the weekend I received lots of help, advice, and parts from many people in the paddock, but my biggest thanks need to go to Steve and Phillip Holifield who pulled my transmission twice(!) on Saturday to fix clutch problems I was having. Then to have Phillip go on to win on Sunday is unbelievable! Thanks so much guys!
Love all the videos of the battles at the front. If you are curious what was going on at the back, here's my video of race 2, group 7.

Nice confident drive. Must be all the iRacing. You've got to get a wide angle rear view so we can see what's going on behind you!
Man your video tells the story of the second half of my race. Another lap, and I would have been off the podium for sure. Thanks for posting!

Timothy, That's pretty cool that you kept the sound system in the car so you can listen to tunes while racing.

Thanks for posting!

I also agree that Steve and Phillip are two very cool people and great racers. Hope to see you at Laguna.

Much more action than Saturday! Starting on the fourth row, a marked contrast to Saturday’s first row start. A restart bunches the field and makes for some exciting battles and a hard fought finishing position. How does it turn out? Make sure to watch full screen.
Enjoy!

Sounds like the Stig to me...
Here is a few pieces of my race, just the interesting parts...plenty of mistakes on my part (some I didn't think about until Phillip decided to watch it).

I still have to sort through my video for Race 1. Unfortunately my camera was overheating and didn't record any of the Group 1 race.
