Im replacing the wheel studs on the SM when i realize the bushing in the rear spindle is loose and can be pushed out. Is this normal? I went to the Mazdaspeeed website and do not see a part number under the diagram. how can i replace these if needed?

Not normal but very common for this bushing to get loose with age. Give Mazdaspeed a call on the phone if you don't see it on the parts list, I know they have them.

Fairly common occurance. This is the same bushing as the rear upper control arms.

do they just press in tight like a regular bushing?

Just spoke to a friend of mine and he suggested that i go ahead and replace all the bushings at this point. there is no telling now bad the others may be. Mazdaspeed is closed already. does anyone have the part numbers to the other bushings i need to purchase?

i just found all the part numbers for the front upper and lower but i cant find the part numbers for the rear lower. anyone have these part numbers for the rear lower control arm bushings?

Try this: Bushings

You may need to sign into the Mazda Motorsports site.

Just call Mazda and order a bushing set, they know the numbers. While you are at it, order new allignment cams and rear lower control arm long bolts. Even if you don't need them for this job, you will need them eventually.

I went ahead and spoke to Scott over at Mazdaspeed and they have a kit that includes all 22 bushings.

Found the part #'s for the Cam Alignment bolts and rear upright long lower suspension bolt

Cam Botls
NAY9-28-6AZ X8

Long suspension bolt
NA01-28-113 X2
