I always just use a couple of sockets and a vice to get them out, one socket about the size of the bushing and the other a larger diameter so it has someplace to go when you push it out, a little soapy water and they slide right out.

All 22 Mazda OEM bushings replaced. Was not too bad after all. I made up some jigs that will hold the arms in place perfectly to press out each bushing. also made one up for the rear uprights.

If someone needs me to do this for them. I will do the whole set for $150.00. (press out 22 bushings and press in 22 new OEM bushings)
