...and don't yank the car back on track because you will end up across the track in the tire wall - or crashing into whoever was just behind you when you went off. Unfortunately, hitting that dip is sometimes the worst option for you and the best option for your competitors' safety.Warning to all drivers. If you go off at Southbend dont continue parallel to the track and try and come on at the bottom as the track rises.

Blew off my drivers side rear tire (imploded into the wheel well), Somehow severed my clutch hose, and missed the wall... no sorry, just barely skimmed the wall with the tippy nose of the car.
Hit tire wall - check. Don't need to ever do something like that again.
