We just came to a verbal agreement with Toyo for Rose Cup contingency. I can't share the amounts until all the official paperwork is done, but we've structured this so that along with podium payouts, there will be 2 substantial Toyo Buck payouts that will be randomly drawn from the field (4th place on). Thanks Toyo!!!

Very nice! We're outside on the grass, correct? I'm wondering if that means we'll have more room so we don't need to be as concious about reserving spots and such or we should start coordinating early. It's not as a big deal for people who tow their own storage unit as much as those of us who load the pickup for the whole weekend.

Karen will handle decals (2 per car) There will be black for light cars, light for dark cars, and even orange neon for those who prefer that. You can put your order in with me if you want. Not sure of the size yet, but they are pretty cool logos if you've never seen one.

yes, Toyo contingency payouts will require the same decal placements as specified in the SCCA contingency program.

I will be moving in Thursday morning and the plan is to pit next to the concession stand on the East side on asphalt with water and air nearby (not to mention restrooms). With what this costs I have no intention of pitting in a mudhole.

Would anyone want me to rope off an area for them?

I hear ya Terrell. I've gotta get ahold of the paddock guy and start giving bribes. Rose Cup paddock is all planned out in advance, so not sure what I can do. South paddock is awesome... hoping we can get something decent!

Just got back from having my truck serviced at Will's Midas shop. There was a silver SM parked in back, looked freshly painted. Asked about it and was told Will is renting it for Rose Cup. Something about Mike's not having enough hp.
