I believe this question is a little bit different as I could find no mention of this in the archives nor any of the setup info I have which includes all available on this site and Dave's book.
Thanks for your patience and answers.
91 with 99 hats and FatCats.
Front maximum I can get is 2.5 so yes I need to replace the control arms as sub is new.
Rear is currently at 3.5 which may be too much.
Ride height at 4 7/8.
Cross at 50.01 with driver and two gallons of fuel.
So here's the question. If 2.5 is the most available on the front, is it best to run the same on
the rear and if not, then what degree?
Much appreciated,

Measure distance from top of shock to bottom of bump stop, between 5/8" and 3/4" is good, not ride height at pinch weld. My guess is you could lower your car a little and get close to 3* camber in front.
The enemy of good is better.

Jim....I too am a bit camber challenged in the front even with new LCA's....I think my problem is a slightly tweaked subframe....Last year I had the car set at 2.5 camber all the way around and did not like it. I have since set the rears to 3.0 leaving the fronts where they are and I feel the car is handling better. . My ride height is 4 3/4 at pinch weld (the straight part) on 99hats. I think it best to find something that feels good and then just drive the crap out of it....playing with tire pressure can help as well especially going from one track to another.

Thanks fellas. Will make the final adjustments in the AM,load and head
south.
Out of curiosity has anyone tried running 3.5 on the front and rear or
3.5 on the front and 3.0 in the rear. If so, did you find it to be a plus,
minus or neutral?
