Who is gonna show up for the Neohio Firecracker National & Restricted Regional Race? I plan on being there, just havent registered quite yet. Only two people registered so far.... Nelson's may not have the best facilities but the track is fast and fun to drive... Ill be signed up for both the national and regional

I mailed in my registration (Old School), which may, or may not, get added to MotorsportReg. I want to see Charlie Campbell's F Prod Miata.

Hate that NeOhio is not having their usual June double regional this year. Really thin 2011 schedule at Nelson.

Are you running both the national and regional?
That is my plan, but I need to look at my old worn-out Toyos.
And you see that Denny has a valid excuse, but Rick is probably just afraid he might get his 4th DNF in a row.

I would love to come but I was at the track last year over the 4th and took some heat for it so I am gong to be a good boy. I will be running many of the SCCA events this year. I did all NASA last year and admit I enjoy running SCCA and will be doing more of it. I need one more race to get the National lic. so you will see more of me.

Ouch dood! The company here is getting rough. And yes that thought has crossed my mind. And as I vividly reacall, last year, my only DNF occured at Nelson. Hmmm. Maybe that's how I can regain my Mojo?

What would be considered a competitive track time for an SM at Nelsons? Say top 5 in Nationals.

I am going up there this weekend testing, anyone want to share some wisdom on set up. since its so bumpy I an thinking a softer set up.

Track Record for SM: 1:16.802 by Charlie Campbell in October 2008. SSM and SMT records are 1:19'ish. Podium race times last year were in the 1:19 range. Rick's times were... DNF.
