For any that were at the Indy track day this year, Can a 1.6 get around the entire track without needing 5th gear with that 7200RPM redline? 

You shift into 5th on the front straight but not for long, I did not need to shift into 5th on the back straight, or need to but it was close, I started short shifting on the back to see what was faster.

 

I have some video i may post up a link.

 

There should be a little for everyone at Indy, draft, and tight corners in the infield. No second gear corners thank god.

Your point 2, you'd be hard pressed to find a cost bitch from me other than a comment or two about, the 99 suspension wouldn't do much for the NA 1.6 shortfall.

 

Your point 3, I turned to that blond hair fest the other evening for 30 seconds, went surfing and watched Big Bang Theory, much nicer blond. Never in my life time has a Presidential election been this shallow.
