The part that has me scratching my head is, in the first Video we were at fault for not making the pass safely and not leaving the other car room. If you look from Tylers Video he had half the track on his right side. In the second video where he had door to door contact with Tyler he was at fault for not giving way to Tyler. Seems to be a bit of a contradiction in how the rules were applied. Just my two cents.
