It was a learning experience for both of us, and very luckily nothing and no one was hurt.


True Dat, The back straight at the kink looks like a pretty safe place but i have had some friends have some real hard hits on the concrete retaining wall on the left, Its fast and the wall is hard, you did well to stay off the wall.

I was the red #60 (with the white stripes) that Justin caught in about lap six. I'd fallen from P3 to about fifteenth avoiding the spin at the start and had worked back up up to about P6 when Justin appeared in my mirror. After he passed me, I tucked in behind him and was happy to take some easy passes that his "wake" permitted!

The spin was every bit as crazy as it appears in the video. BTW, I counted about six seconds before he re-ignited the flame. If he'd have refired three seconds sooner, he might just have won that darn race!
