The Ridge is located half way between Portland and Seattle just minutes off I-5. Hopefully racers will come from California to experience the newest race track on the West Coast. Having just been there two weeks ago, the paddock area is greatly expanded and more than able to handle a huge field. Would be great to get a 40 car plus SM/CSM field. I wonder if someone will crack the 2:00 mark.

Even if you only do one event this year, the inaugural event at The Ridge is the one! So, who is definitely planning on attending? Both my son and I will be there in CSM with Toyo contingency.

Anybody have a good car available?? I have not asked Andrew if he would like to do this but I think he is free and it would be cool to go run the new track.
Will post your request over on the Conference forum as well Roger. And check with Will Schrader in Portland. The Ridge is fantastic!

Maybe those who have not been there yet, can get an idea how much fun this is going to be.

Oh man, this is the race I'm going to miss the most this year. Y'all will just have to get fast without me, but I will catch up next time. I may just have to come out and watch! Anyone going to share data with me?

Hey, is this the only race going on around Portland this weekend? Are there races at other tracks near Portland? I may be up there this coming weekend and would love to visit and watch some Miata racing!
Juan, the only road racing up here this weekend will be at The Ridge. It's a Double, so you'll see SMs racing on both Saturday and Sunday.
The Ridge is about 130 miles from Portland. 2:15-2:30 hour drive. Watch out for Washington State Police speed traps along I-5.
There's no W2W racing at PIR, ORP, and Pacific this weekend.

The Warren Secord Tire Factory (from Kent, WA) will be at the track this weekend for tire support. I called him up and he does not stock Toyo RA1s or Hoosier SM6 tires.
