I'm a old school racer just starting out with these fun little cars for my new boss who's been driving them for a while now , and I'd like to learn a few insider tuning/setup tips ! just some basic info would be great ...

The live expert in chat could be a really cool thing. Instant feedback is great. There's often nothing more frustrating than trying to get answers via email/forums that last days and could be cleared up much more easily by not having a massive lag between the Q and the A.

A bit of prep can go a long way. Solicit potential topics from the experts and non-experts in advance, and provide some warning of what are the items of discussion so people can think it over first. Don't try something like Tuesdays and Thursdays every week until you know that there is the content to fill that, and the people to cover it.

Err on the side of less scheduled events but quality ones and you're more likely to have momentum build because people see it's really good stuff when it happens. Err on the side of lots but mediocre chats, people will tune out.
