Ron, disttention, distractions, either word makes as much sence as the roll bar padding rule has since 2001.
Johnny, you can't be taking the Clowns place, he comes back now and then. The comment to post what the tech's response is was made as a his understanding of the rule.

Absolutely not, please see post #5 this thread, last sentence. After speaking with an SCCA knowledge broker whom I trust to rule correct this afternoon my take is that it's time some attention is paid to the ever changing loose written roll cage padding rule. Davey Wheeler and Wheel are 100% correct with their understanding of todays roll bar padding rule.
