Based on last year, when you get to the track go to the Hoosier tent. They will have a list of people eligable for the tires. They will give you the tires there.

 

Again based on last year, you will need to formally set up an account with Hoosier for any mounting/balancing/purchasing. This must be done prior to doing any work. You should do it befor you are in a rush.

 

Left coasters may do it differently than Hoosier MidWest

We may not have this issue this year, but last year, if you didnt pick up early, they moved down the list and gave the tires away to someone else.  Pick them up early!

Once the first qualifier is complete and you've turned a wheel in the event, go to Hoosier and they'll have the time sheet and will give you the tires.

Juan-

Until we reach 51 (which doesn't appear very likely since we're at 45), everyone gets a set, so you're good to go!

If we do hit 51, we'll get a list from MSR on the order everyone entered. Since you're in the current list of 45, there'll be no issues.

You will need to pay $15/tire for delivery and then whatever mounting and balancing is, just so you're prepared.
