Brian may have the fastest trans swap. 25 minutes at the ARRC last week.

Dave

That was something to see, Dave.  We were paddocked right next to the rig where/when he was doing it.  25 minutes is accurate and I'm pretty sure that was with my Dad talking Brian's ear off for at least a few of those minutes...

Handy tip:  If you don't have a 24" extension, you can attach a 6" to your 18" extension and it's almost the same thing.   :)

Sheesh, don't ask someone who works in the govt. to do math... We just make up numbers.

24" 1/2" extension with adapter to 14 and 17mm swivel 3/8" drive sockets.

Or you could use a 1/2" drive impact universal and 1/2" drive impact sockets. Put them on the end of an extension that's attached to an impact gun. Zip, zip, the bolts are out

Well don't forget that you could also connect a 3" extension to a 6", then add a 12" and then put a universal at both ends .... (harkening back to SNL's running the "Change Bank" skit of the late 70's).
